I see many womens who doesn't know how to do it. Girls is very easy, very important, any difference you see in your breasts go immediately to your doctor. Breast cancer is treatable when diagnosed in its early stages!

    Amazing giveaway!

  46. I don't and my Mom stays on me as well she should since she has had breast cancer (16-year survivor) and my grandmother had it as well. I have had my baseline mammogram though. But the truth is self-exams work, my Mom found hers through self-exam and the mammo did not catch it. Sigh, must do self-exam tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I do self exams and also have annual mammograms due to my family history. My mother is a two time breast cancer survivor!

  71. I absolutely do self breast exams. I used to have a cool shower hangy with instructions but it is pretty easy to do. My beloved Aunt Mimi, may G-d rest her soul, did not survive breast cancer. My family has a history on both sides and some carry the BRCA genes (and several relatives have had prophylactic surgery).

You can read about my Aunt Lisa's experience here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/lisa-jey-davis/brca_b_1931330.html

Don't know how to check your tatas?

Thanks for this brilliant post! #savethetatas

  72. I do! I am only 19, but I still check.
My great grandmother actually died of Brest Cancer because she saw the signs, but never said anything. I do know 2 close friends that survived though because they caught it early. It is SO important to check yourself and to get mammograms.

Winning this would mean so much to me!
Thanks for this truly amazing giveaway! :)

  73. I do breast exams but I don't do them as often as I should. I have mammograms/ultrasounds every six months because they found a different looking cyst. They found it to be harmless but they still check every six months to be safe.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I do it sporadically. Not as often as I should as I am now 50 years old.

    ReplyDelete
  75. I don't do breast exams as often as I should, but it's happened. I need to get better with that.

  77. I sometimes do self breast exams, but I don't do it religiously or anything. I should check more often though.
